Marketing Communications Specialist - Sydney, AustraliaSalary: AUD80000 - AUD90000 per annumAbout the Role Provide marketing support to ensure seamless operation of content, creative and campaigns within the University Partnerships division. The role will be responsible for coordinating internal traffic and requires effective communication and project management skills. This role will support the Senior Marketing leaders with campaign development including, but not limited to, copywriting, messaging, merchandising and printing.Key Duties Manage internal traffic and workflow for the division: keeping tasks on track, ensuring smooth workflows, prescribed studio processes are followed, and briefing requirements are met and delivered on time.Internal and external stakeholder management including liaising with college staff to ensure briefs are well written, achievable, on track and delivered on time.Own print and merchandising projects across our divisional portfolio. This includes organising proposals and quotations, ordering, pricing and liaising with key stakeholders.Complete administrative tasks which include invoicing, raising purchase orders, file management and website maintenance.Support the Senior Creative Manager with campaign development across Navitas colleges and campuses which includes: campaign planning, concept development, content ideation and copywriting.The person we seek will ideally have the following: Formal qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications or a related degree.At least 2 years' experience in a similar role.Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Thorough attention to detail and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.An interest in creative marketing and copywriting.An ability to work well autonomously and within a team.Experience in the education industry.Experience working with Asana or other work management tools.Knowledge of paid campaigns, email marketing and website projects.What we can offer you: Excellent working conditions in a fun environment.Work for a highly reputable global company.Modern facilities and technology with excellent resources.Potential career opportunities within the broader Navitas Group.About Us Navitas is a leading global education provider that has helped generations of learners transform their lives through education.
