Lumus Imaging currently has an exciting role available for an experienced Head Sonographer to lead the team at Mercy Public hospitals in Werribee. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sonographer looking to take the next step in their career and manage a team of dedicated and experienced individuals in Melbourne.
This opportunity is full-time (negotiable) and will work closely with management, physicians, and other members of the multi-disciplinary team to contribute to quality improvement processes.
Werribee Mercy Hospital, located just 25 km west of Melbourne on the Princes Highway, is a dynamic public general hospital offering a wide range of services, including surgical, maternity, orthopaedic, and a 24-hour emergency department. Since opening in January 1994, the hospital has grown rapidly to meet the needs of Melbourne’s fast-growing western suburbs.

* Previous experience in a leadership role managing a team of sonographers
* Experience in General, MSK, Interventional, O&G, Small Parts and vascular ultrasound
* Experience in providing quality patient care
* Ability to problem solve in a complex environment
* Current ASAR Registration
* Working with Children Clearance and National Police clearance
* Appropriate Australian or New Zealand work visa
