We are seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to work in correctional facilities in the Wacol area for WorkPac Health and Social Care.

Requirements
* Experience in clinical assessment, care planning and review of individual patients.
* Minimum 2 years full-time experience in an advanced practice nursing role.
* Current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
* Current CPR certification.
* Full working rights in Australia.
* Vaccine Preventable Diseases checklist.
* Police clearance.
