Key Responsibilities of the Role:
* Deliver high-quality education: Teach and assess students through student led learning and project based assessment. Ensure learning experiences are engaging, inclusive, and tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborative Engagement: Work alongside colleagues in planning for a 5/6 cohort with 3 classrooms, support one another with curriculum development and openess and willingness to co-teach and co-plan with members of the Leadership Team.
* Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing professional development, contribute to the school's Annual Improvement Plan - focussed on Teaching and Learning, Inclusion and Staff Opportunities and Reflective Practice.
* Parental and Community Engagement: Develop and maintain effective communication with parents, carers, and the local community to support student learning and well-being.
