Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for the coordination of digital solutions development and implementation, including e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop plans and manage implementation of all integrated digital projects
* Develop and support e-business channels
* Analytics and reporting on all channels, including optimisation recommendations
* Digital media development and production, including copywriting, photography and creating video content
* Content maintenance and management for all key digital external, internal and affiliated channels, including PIM (Product Information Management) system
* Develop and maintain Lietzke and AMBP website to achieve key business and marketing objectives
* Develop new digital solutions to support key business initiatives and objectives
* Direct mail channel management, including content and distribution planning and reporting
* Ongoing support and further development of existing e-business channels, including opportunities for increased customer usage
* Work with Customer Service and Sales Managers to plan, implement and review promotional activities to cross and up sell ASSA ABLOY's products and services
* Act as a point of contact for Lietzke and AMBP regarding e-commerce activities, reporting and technical troubleshooting
Qualifications:
* 2 years+ experience in digital marketing
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to confidently communicate with management, clients, specifiers, and subcontractors
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
* Excellent planning, time management and prioritisation skills
* Previous experience within Manufacturing and Sales will be highly regarded
