There will be ample opportunities to design and deliver creative solutions to challenging problems whilst learning from the best, in a very supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:Lead the planning, build and delivery of strategic pricing projectsThought leadership and design of Earnix pricing algorithms and models to support Retail Insurance Australia’s long-term pricing strategyWorking with a range of stakeholders across the business including product teams, portfolio teams, data and technology teams to inform optimal pricing strategiesDevelop and lead a team of high performing pricing analysts and specialists, delivering value to IAG through pricing capability and risk managementThis is a full-time permanent opportunity, and we welcome applicants from Naarm (Melbourne), Gadigal Country (Sydney) and Meanjin (Brisbane).About YouWe’re recruiting across a range of experience and recognise the value of diversity in skills and approaches.
