Key Responsibilities
1. Liaise with clients to design and implement customized services
2. Schedule appointments and manage busy inboxes with queries, appointments, and non-appointment services
3. Provide administrative and operational support to consultant practitioners
4. Offer information and advice to clients or prospective clients
5. Undertake other tasks assigned to the Client Services team

* Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
* Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a friendly approach
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment
* A personal approach that is enthusiastic, helpful, and respectful
* Strong prioritization skills while maintaining flexibility

* Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
