Your focus will be to define and execute strategic goals, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, while driving exceptional business performance across L3Harris IMSA. You will be responsible for navigating complex legal, commercial, and regulatory landscapes, ensuring full compliance with Australian contracting models, legislation, and corporate policies.As part of the senior leadership, your remit will include but not be limited to:Supporting the General Manager in establishing strategic directions, goals, and objectives aligned with sector, segment, and corporate goals.Leading the commercial function in the development and execution of commercial goals to achieve L3Harris IMSA’s performance targets.Overseeing the preparation and negotiation of high-value and complex contracts and agreements.Providing strategic advice, analysis, and recommendations on legal and commercial matters.About youTo thrive in this role, you will have a proven track record of success in managing commercial and legal matters for a large or multi-disciplinary organisation, ideally within the Australian Defence Industry. Your experience in international contracting and export regulations, combined with your strong business acumen, will be essential in driving the success of the business.You will be an exceptional negotiator with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively, while fostering a culture of compliance and commercial excellence across the business.
