The Role
Based in our Young branch, you'll become an integral part of a close-knit and experienced team.
You'll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of products and services, including ag chem, fertiliser, animal health, precision ag, and agronomy advisory.
This is not just a sales role - it's about creating lasting relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor who adds value at every step.
We are particularly looking for someone with animal health knowledge, or someone eager to expand their skills in this area, as we are committed to training and developing talent in this space.
What You'll Do Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, delivering exceptional serviceDrive the sales of farm inputs and services, helping clients achieve their goals and grow their businessesTake ownership of stock management, invoicing, and smooth day-to-day operationsCollaborate with the team to create and execute strategies that promote Delta's diverse product offeringBring fresh ideas and solutions to the table that keep Delta at the forefront of agribusinessWhat We're Looking For Previous sales experience in the rural industry is beneficial but not essential - what matters is your drive to learn and succeedExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, independent environmentStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsA current driver's licence; forklift licence preferred but can be obtained on the jobA positive attitude and a passion for agriculture and customer serviceWhy Delta?
