Critical to this role is the efficient and effective coordination of workforce training, competency programs and record keeping, ensuring all legislative, regulatory, organisational and functional obligations are met.The RoleIn This Role You Will Be Responsible ForCoordinate the delivery of health and safety programs including EPIRB, Breathalyser and Prescription Safety GlassesMaintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, completion and competency managementProvide support to learners, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring a smooth and positive learning experienceProcess training requests and confirmationsProcess Permits to Work (Track Access Permits)Support Program and Competency Management Senior Partner with the planning and scheduling of key activities across the teamConduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy and quality of data for training records and Track Access PermitsEnsure the maintenance of accurate training records across the database of multiple systemsCoordinate learning and development events, including venue hire, food and beverage and event scheduleContribute to the continuous improvement of programs processes and systemsSupport People, Governance and Risk function with various administration tasks including invoicingAbout YouWe are looking for someone who has:Exceptional coordination and administration skillsExcellent problem solving and business improvement focusPrevious experience in or a desire to develop system administration skillsHighly developed interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in a similar roleWorking at Arc InfrastructureBenefitsWorking with us means working in a team environment where each person and team is valued for the diverse skills, ideas and experiences they bring.
