Key Responsibilities:
* Consolidate existing partnerships and drive strategic growth in the commercial construction sector.
* Promote the company as a 'best in class' business, maintaining profit margins and achieving turnover targets.
* Report to the National executive team.
Requirements:
* 15+ years of experience in the commercial construction sector.
* Senior leadership positions, such as general manager or construction manager.
* Understanding of company and project financials.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
* Experience with projects exceeding $30m.
* Exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
