Job Summary
In this challenging role, you will be responsible for managing and achieving complex product management work within an integrated workforce. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of legislative frameworks, government decision-making, and Defence's mission and policy requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage and report on Collins Submarine Program (CSMP) Availability targets, including Key Performance and Health Indicators, within the Sustainment Performance Management System (SPMS).
* Manage CSMP Sustainment Risk Management within the NSSG risk management tool (Risk – Predict) in line with NSSG and CSMP policy.
* Coordinate, manage, and report on the CSMP annual business plan within the House of Governance (HoG) Reporting tool.
* Administer the CSMP HoG website.
* Coordinate secretarial support for submarine enterprise governance.
* Represent CSMP on Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG)/NSSG Governance and Risk and performance working groups.
* Undertake special tasks as directed by the CSMP Senior Management Team.
About Our Team
The Collins Submarine Program within the National Shipbuilding Sustainment Group (NSSG) is responsible for the maintenance and programmed upgrade of Australia's Collins Class submarines. We work in partnership with the Royal Australian Navy and Industry to deliver the strategic submarine capability to the nation.
