The opportunity:
As the People and Culture Operations Team Lead for the fastest growing division of KBR globally you will be key to ensuring that our growth continues.
Reporting to the People and Culture Operations Manager, you will ensure the Operations Team consistently reaches high standards of service delivery for transactional HR services, drive continuous improvement, and effectively manage organisational changes as they arise. A background or strong interest in process and service improvement as well as data analysis and reporting is preferred.
This position is a full time, permanent opportunity.
In this position you will:
* Run a small team delivering transactional and administrative HR services for KBR APAC:
o management of staff queries,
o processing of employment contracts,
o termination documents,
o changes in conditions, and
o other relevant HR changes, as required.
* Have ownership of the relevant policies and processes to support the operational activities
* Incorporate project work and a strong drive on continuous improvement
* Embed the Workday system and support the implementation of system enhancements and improvements
As the ideal candidate, you will bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
* Extensive experience in a HR function, preferably with experience in shared services or operational support environment.
* Ability to manage a team across multiple remote locations to achieve organisational objectives.
* Ability to manage the needs of multiple diverse business units across a broad geographic area.
* Knowledge of HCM/HRIS system administration, and on-going process and systems improvement is highly desirable.
* Strong reporting, metrics and analytic experience.
* Strong experience in supporting and delivering projects impacting HR processes and systems.
* Demonstrated ability to advise on employment terms and conditions, ER and knowledge of relevant legislation.
* This role is not a business partnering role, and would best suit someone with experience and/or interest in back-office support of HR functions.
* Current or eligible for an AGSVA Security Clearance.
