Group Commercial Manager
Lead the Commercial function of our Recruitment/Sales business. Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and Client Solutions teams to develop data-driven strategies, craft compelling tenders, and ensure seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Contract Excellence: Negotiate and manage client contracts to achieve sound legal and commercial outcomes and smooth implementation.
* Be a Client Champion: Cultivate client relationships throughout the contract lifecycle from an operational perspective, oversee account plans, and deliver tailored solutions as needed.
* Master the Numbers: Leverage data to uncover trends, drive growth, and optimize commercial opportunities in collaboration with Client Solutions.
* Win Tenders with Style: Create strategic, high-quality proposals that align with client needs and company objectives.
* Drive Innovation: Spearhead commercial projects and process improvements as needed.
* Lead a Stellar Team: Inspire, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve collective success.
We are seeking a candidate with experience working in a Commercial capacity within a fast-paced environment, where you have led client bids and tenders negotiations. You will be data-savvy, able to use insights to drive commercial outcomes and process improvements. Excellent communication skills with a track record of engaging senior stakeholders both internally and externally are required.
