About the Role
As a Salesforce Developer/Support Engineer, you'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on collaborative and innovative engagements.
* You'll utilise your core consulting and Salesforce skills to offer technical knowledge and implementation experience with all core Salesforce tools, offerings and products.
* Involved in APEX development, Lightning components and complex Salesforce configuration.
* Working with the development team in analysing, designing, coding and unit testing Salesforce solutions.
* Active participation in development workstreams within projects.
* Using your experience to guide our clients in best practices and better ways of achieving their goals.
You will be working alongside a talented technical Salesforce people, knowledge sharing and supporting each other to help each other develop your expertise in Salesforce.
About You
We're looking for individuals with:
* Deep knowledge and experience in Salesforce platform, particularly across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud and common AppExchange apps.
* Demonstrated understanding of underlying client business problems and the ability to develop Salesforce technology-enabled solutions that address their needs.
* Proven experience of Apex, Triggers, Classes and Lightning Web Components, API Web Services and Salesforce declarative programming techniques.
* Capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, whilst also managing their expectations.
* DevOps (Salesforce DX) experience preferred, including use of DevOps tools such as git.
* Certification(s) in Platform Developer II; Service; or Community Cloud.
