Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide professional administrative and operational support within the Office of the Vice-Chancellor.
This is a part-time (0.4), fixed-term appointment until December 2025, working at HEW 6 level - $88,421 p.a. (pro-rata) plus up to 17% superannuation.

The Role:
You will provide outstanding professional administrative and operational support to members of the Vice-Chancellor's Senior Team, including:
* Managing diary and appointment schedules and travel arrangements;
* Working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure effective coordination of internal and external meetings, events, and communications;
* Preparing documents such as reports, presentations, briefing papers, and correspondence; and
* Acting as Executive Officer to various meetings and ad-hoc project groups and committees, as required.
About You:
We are looking for an individual who has:
* Extensive demonstrated administrative experience working with senior executives;
* Able to work in a team and collaborate with other EAs and members of the VCO;
* Highly developed planning and organisational skills with experience managing concurrent complex tasks, establishing priorities, allocating resources, and meeting deadlines;
* Ability to be proactive, utilise initiative, and discretion and make decisions where appropriate;
* Demonstrated interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills;
* Demonstrated organisational skills in providing a high level of customer service, managing time effectively while maximising productivity and working collaboratively in a team.
