We are seeking a dedicated Hatchery Administrative Assistant to manage all clerical duties related to hatchery operations. The primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to, data entry, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company guidelines and quality standards. The working hours are flexible, but will generally fall on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Key Responsibilities Data entry. Perform all clerical duties for hatchery management Maintain accurate and timely information Ensure compliance with quality, quarantine, workplace safety, and environmental management systems Essential Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Permanent resident or citizen of Australia Skills and Experience Strong administrative skills, including data entry and report preparation Good proofreading and data validation skills Understanding of quality systems and workplace safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and punctual Enthusiastic and proactive attitude Strong initiative and problem-solving skills Candidates must not have any birds, pigs or chickens at their place of residence.
