The Role
We're on the lookout for an outstanding customer service manager with at least 5 years of knowledge in a supply chain/manufacturing business. You will have had exposure to the logistics and warehousing side of the business alongside your desire to exceed customer expectations. A true leader is required in this role to manage the high performing team of 15, guiding them to excel! Your exceptional ability to be a 'hands on' leader and liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders is paramount.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
1. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 15 customer service representatives across 7 departments.
2. Set clear performance objectives and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to maximise team efficiency and individual development.
3. Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance overall customer experience and retention.
4. Identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.
5. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of customer issues, including monthly reporting to the global leadership team

To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you will possess the following:
6. Minimum of 5 years Customer Service Management experience
7. You will have preferably worked in the manufacturing and supply chain space
8. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large volume of SKUs and complex orders
9. Articulate, and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently report to global leaders
10. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to switch tasks at short notice
11. Ability to identify improvements and work through to implementation
12. Strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills
13. Sound MS Office Suite skills, use of CRMs and ERPs, including the 'must have' exposure to JD Edwards!
14. Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
15. Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs and business targets
