Our Federal Government Agency is seeking an experienced Adminstration Officer to support the development and management of job descriptions for APS and EL positions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with internal teams, ensure compliance with APS standards, and contribute to organisational success.
Responsibilities
- Format, proofread, and finalise job descriptions for APS and EL positions.
- Organise and maintain a central repository for job descriptions and related documents.
- Draft job descriptions based on business plans, advertisements, and other resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely review and approval of job descriptions.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
