• Nurses must have Bachelor of Nursing qualification and a minimum of 4 years of work experience post-graduation and be registered with a Nursing Council or Board in their home country. • Nurses must commit to undertake the designated NMBA NCLEX and OSCE preparatory training and examinations within a 12 month period from arrival in Australia to attain Australian registration. • Nurses must have a minimum IELTS Level 6.0 (or equivalent test) average with no band lower than IELTS 6.0. Nurses must commit to undertake any English language skills training to meet the NMBA English language proficiency Standards of IELTS Level 7.0 (or equivalent test) within a 12 month period from arrival in Australia to attain Australian registration. • Nurses must be willing to work in metro, regional and/or rural areas of Australia to enhance their employment prospects.
