Jervis Bay School is seeking a proactive, Building Service Office to join the school team. Working with the Business Manager and Principal to support the general maintenance, safety and aesthetics of Jervis Bay School, the BSO will manage the monitoring and maintenance of school buildings, grounds, fittings, furniture, and equipment. Undertake minor repairs and maintenance to the buildings, grounds, fittings, furniture, and equipment. For example, servicing, replacing parts or repairing minor damage to a range of fittings, equipment, or furniture. Undertake relevant administrative tasks including the completion of risk management and safety records. Communicate and liaise with staff, students, members of the public and contracts to provide effective building services.
