Retail Banking has a responsibility to support our customers in improving their financial wellbeing, making us Australia's bank of choice. We do this by building and maintaining relationships, providing convenient help during major financial decisions.

About the Role
The Regional Manager for the Gold Coast region drives customer and community outcomes through strong strategic leadership and community engagement.
This includes working with Branch Managers to expand our business network and scope, as well as partnering with existing community partners.
The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall financial performance of their Region, focusing on mutual benefit and success.
This involves close collaboration with other Regional Managers, Senior Managers, and the State Manager to ensure long-term success.
This is a Permanent Full-time position covering Branches from Gold Coast up to Brisbane and down to Coffs Harbour (and those in-between). Travel across this region is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and deliver on the Regional Business Plan, aligned to the State Strategic Plan.
* Buiild and execute a strategic plan for your area across multiple customer channels.
* Collaborate with branch leaders to establish an effective sales operating rhythm to achieve set targets and grow business performance.
* Embed operational and risk management practices through regular and clear communication on requirements.
About You
You need to have proven experience in building a strategic plan for the market.
Strong communication skills are necessary to deliver clear branch expectations.
Proven sales leadership, including implementing strategy to drive business growth.
Strong relationship management with the ability to effectively network and engage with your community and partners.
People leadership with the ability to develop, coach, and manage staff performance.
Understanding of financial management, business acumen, and risk framework.
Experience in successfully leading teams across multiple sites would be desirable.
