About the Role
Customer Tax Transparency (CTT) is a specialised team that governs regulations and requirements to ensure ANZ meets the standards required under Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) laws.
The CTT Risk Coverage & Capability Lead will be responsible for leading, coordinating and executing AEOI Risk Coverage, Knowledge, and Capability management strategies and activities. This includes leading the AEOI Risk Culture agenda across CTT and the wider ANZ Group, to ensure there is clear understanding of ANZ's risk due to global AEOI obligations.

What will your day look like?
The CTT Risk Coverage & Capability Lead role is a leader of craft and leader of people role combined and is accountable for:
1. Engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external businesses across the organisation.
2. Management of simultaneous and complex projects and priorities.
3. Oversee team activities responsible for knowledge management, learning and development - internal to CTT and external to CTT that includes:
4. Liaising and coordinating people capability activities such as learning needs analysis, develop learning pathways, evaluate learning, induction programs or job ready guides and publish learning content.
5. Working closely with Head of CTT Governance Risk & Compliance and Governance & Oversight Lead to ensure ANZ has established the CTT knowledge management capability with regards to - identifying, collecting, sharing, accessing and using knowledge.
6. Oversee the work of CTT Risk Coverage Partners and work closely with the Head of CTT Governance Risk & Compliance to support the Country Risk Theme Officers. Ensuring ANZ has established the CTT appropriate risk capability with regards to - Identifying, Acting and Monitoring Non-Financial Risk with regards to AEOI-CTT Obligations.
7. Leading the AEOI-CTT Risk Culture agenda, to ensure there is clear understanding of ANZ's risk due to AEOI-CTT obligations across ANZ group (all jurisdictions).
8. Leading and overseeing a team, including divisional CTT Risk Coverage Partners and divisional CTT Knowledge & Capability Partners.
What will you bring?

1. Strong experience in knowledge management and change management or similar experience.
2. Experience in governance, risk and compliance or similar experience.
3. Experience in leading and mentoring teams previously, you recognise the value different perspectives and skills your colleagues bring, and can develop approaches to build appropriate skills and capability.
4. Strong experience in producing, consulting on, and following through on training and learning and development plans.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong stakeholder management skills, ability to build strong relationships based on trust, and the ability to engage and influence at all levels to deliver outcomes.
6. Risk awareness and critical thinking to drive better outcomes that protect our customers, stakeholders, and ANZ.
7. Confidence and comfort with uncertainty and changing priorities, and a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
8. Passion for continuous improvement and growth, with a desire and ability to develop and contribute beyond your current skillset.
9. Displays strong and clear judgement in problem solving and decision making.
10. Knowledge of embedding culture and change, through appropriate communications, workshops, etc.
11. Ability to articulate thought leadership across Knowledge & Capability Management, and Risk Culture disciplines.
12. A strong and communicative leader of people and craft within the business.
13. A clear focus on team-oriented approaches, with purposeful collaboration and collective growth outcomes.
