This role offers variety and challenge, working largely with a specialised client base using individual and group therapies. Your responsibilities will include :Delivering psychotherapy and trauma-focused interventions including EMDR, typically to high-functioning clients.Managing a clinical caseload with a mix of medium and long-term therapy.Conducting diagnostic assessments and providing expert psychological formulations.Delivering psycho-educative training to enhance mental resilience in frontline professionals.Report writing and liaison with referring parties such as doctors, insurers, HR professionals and Workforce Wellbeing Teams within our client organisations.Working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.About Us :Martinovich Psychological Services (MPS) is a highly-regarded Clinical, Forensic and Organisational psychology practice with offices in Fremantle, Safety Bay, Perth and Dunsborough, Western Australia. We have delivered assessments, therapy and consultancy services for 20 years and have a high demand for services at each of our locations. Due to large existing government contracts and growing demand for our bespoke suite of services, we need to expand our team, therefore we are seeking motivated Clinical Psychologists or Registrars to take up a salaried position available on either a full-time or a part-time basis (min 2 days). Applicants will be required to work across our Fremantle and Safety Bay offices and be ‘out posted’ to our customer organisations in Perth locations on a regular basis.We are a seasoned professional practice; as well as one-to-one therapy (offered via face-to-face or remotely via telehealth), we offer workforce group work and other forms of applied psychology such as community and workforce training, consultancy, assessment, wellbeing program design / implementation, and psycho-education. Thereby enabling our psychologists to have a varied and stimulating working week, use their imagination, and steer innovative programs based on their professional interest areas.We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient, and driven clinician who will benefit from and also value add to our formidable psychology team.
