You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following:
1. Demonstrated expertise and technical skills with integrated ERP solutions and the ability to apply this knowledge in such ITIL Service Management processes, primarily incident / problem/ test / change and configuration management and the implementation of solution change control processes
2. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing functional analysis activities on large scale, complex integrated systems solution.
3. Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA system environments with an ability to deliver quality outcomes within tight timeframes and deadlines.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team.
5. Proven highly developed communication, consultation and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of key stakeholders and ability to build positive relationships in an environment of change.
