The Role:
1. Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
2. Managing all front of desk duties
3. Overseeing phone and email enquiries
4. Greeting guests (owners, tenants, contractors etc)
5. Key hand over
6. Assisting the sales teams with marketing, mailouts, and writing anniversary cards
7. Assisting with overflow of Property Management administration
8. Overseeing arrears management
9. Maintenance duties
10. Processing applications

The Candidate:
17. A keen interest in Real Estate
18. A Car and Drivers License
19. Immaculately presented and well groomed
20. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

23. QLD Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
