We’re committed to working with industry, our customers, partners, and communities to find new opportunities that will support and strengthen our rail network for the benefit of WA.Job DescriptionThe RoleThe Property Contracts Specialist is responsible for ensuring Arc receives optimal commercial outcomes in its ancillary customer contracts. You will achieve this by understanding both Arc’s needs and our customers' needs through collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and assisting with drafting and negotiating commercial terms.Key DutiesProviding end-to-end management of a variety of agreements from negotiation and contract drafting through to execution and ongoing contract management.Liaising with Arc’s customers, acting as the primary point of contact in relation to customer interfaces with the rail corridor.Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, assessing each individual scenario to proactively find solutions which meet third party requests for use of rail corridor whilst protecting Arc’s obligations, rights, and strategic commercial objectives.Coordinating development of work scopes, quotes, diagrams, and other related information to input into agreements.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have:Experience in contract management and contract drafting strongly desirable but not essential.Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage risks and resolve issues effectively.Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management given high volume of requests and competing priorities.Working at Arc InfrastructureWorking with us means working in a team environment where each person and team is valued for the diverse skills, ideas, and experiences they bring.
