Joining the Melbourne team, you'll work with our three Melbourne based partners and will be involved in the full range of employment law matters for a diverse client base across a range of industries. Our Employment team assist clients in all aspects of workplace relations, employment, executive remuneration and benefits, industrial relations, workplace safety and discrimination and workplace training. We have a proven track record in developing lawyers and are proactively looking to make a long-term investment in an Employment Lawyer/Senior Associate. About you: The successful candidate will have; 2 years' employment law experience gained within a top-tier/highly regarded firm preferably across advisory, litigious and transactional work Excellent communication skills Superior drafting ability A commercial approach and an ability to articulate and negotiate effectively A proactive, positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and a desire to interact with the market and build client relationships Strong attention to detail with well-developed analytical skills The ability to be team-focused and also work independently What makes Ashurst a great place to work?
