We now have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Academic Coordinator to join our Vet Science team in the College of Science and Engineering based at the JCU Bebegu Yumba Campus in Townsville.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of academic programs within the College. Your responsibilities will include overseeing course scheduling, managing student enrolment, monitoring academic progress, and providing administrative support to faculty members and students alike.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Public Health, Medicine, Veterinary Science, or related disciplines
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in academic administration or a similar role
Proficiency in utilizing student information systems and academic databases
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
