Your primary focus will be developing and extending relationships, and hunting for new business opportunities within your sales territory.
You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building customer and internal relationships, and implementing strategic sales plans to extend the Fujitsu customer base.This role is flexible across Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, or Brisbane and offers hybrid working.
Due to the nature of the work, Australian Citizenship is mandatory.Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesNew Business Sales: Confident and professional interactions with customers to strategically position the customer whilst utilising approved FANZ resources to ensure successful sales campaigns.
The Sales Specialist is accountable for Total Bid Expenditure and directs resources accordingly.
Conducts a strategic approach to leveraging expertise across Fujitsu and third parties.
Demonstrates deep knowledge of the competition.
Owns the campaign Win Strategy and Competitor Analysis.Sales Skills/Disciplines: Is an expert in identifying, developing and qualifying customer needs to develop compelling persuasive cases with solution experts to win the opportunity.
Champions the CSLC Framework within the campaign team.
Supports administration and leads the strategic wins and conceptual support throughout the lifecycle of the opportunity.
Creates and maintains Sales Territory / Campaign plans.Compelling Proposals: Accountable for submission of quality proposals to the customer, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, pricing is accurate, language and Branding are consistent with Fujitsu standards and governance requirements e.g.
Legal/Commercial are met.Negotiating & Commercial: Strategically manages customer concerns by resolving objections during the negotiation and contractual process through effective communication with Supporting Departments such as Legal and Commercial to ensure the opportunity is realised.Forecasting: Builds a Fujitsu Sales Pipeline and provides data for accurate and timely monthly sales forecasting to line management.
Maintains opportunities in the corporate opportunity management system.Relationships: Leads account navigation and owns the relationship plan to develop a strong and influential network within the customer, including nurturing coaches from within the customer company and gaining competitive insights.
Maintains strong internal relationships across Fujitsu to ensure a seamless provision of service.
Creates an intimate and trusting relationship within the immediate bid team.
Leads the team with strategic insights and delegates responsibilities.
