Change Manager
This position will be responsible for leading effective Program/Project Change Management support for Horizon Power projects, incorporating the design and delivery of process change to coach and support Project Managers to deliver successful business outcomes.
This is a permanent full-time role.
Your new role will:
• Manage a complex and varied portfolio, driving Change Management activities to maximize employee adoption and usage, minimize end user impacts, and ensure maximum sustainability.
• Develop and implement Change Management strategy and approach for allocated Projects utilizing existing tools and frameworks where relevant.
• Develop and implement Change Management deliverables for Horizon Power Projects through effective Change Management, with a focus on the key strategic Initiatives and associate projects.
• Identify and manage stakeholders (including Executive), assessment and analysis of their Change Management needs/issues/concerns.
• Anticipate complex issues, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring collaboration with other Change Managers and key stakeholders to minimise business risk.
You will have:
• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent business experience are mandatory.
• PROSCI or Change Management Certification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of behavioural change/transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to drive stakeholder management across a diverse portfolio and organization.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering successful business improvement projects & programs.
