Casual Receptionist | Shamrock Gardens Motel
Shamrock Gardens Motel is currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team on a casual basis. Working closely with the Motel Manager, you will be exposed to all facets of the motel in a hands-on customer-focused role. With a high focus on guest experience, we want you to share in the success of the motel while promoting a culture of Care, Collaboration & Courage.
Your previous role(s) would demonstrate high levels of customer engagement, delivering exceptional standards and experiences within a variety of different environments.
Experience & Skills:
* Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
* A sincere and deliberate focus on building rapport with guests.
* Takes unwavering pride and care in providing exceptional customer experiences.
* A genuine passion and care for the hospitality industry & the people that work within it.
* An enthusiastic, positive and outgoing attitude.
* Ability to work autonomously & meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong administrative and computer/technology related skills.
* Previous Motel Reception experience ideal.
* Experience with Satin reservation system highly regarded.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Guest reservations, enquiries & administrative tasks.
* Assist with guest enquiries and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
* Assist with corporate clients & booking agents.
* Ensure Workplace Health & Safety and house policies are adhered to.
* Flexible work week availability required across evenings and weekends.
* Approximately 15 hours per week.
