We are looking for an experienced construction supervisor to join our South-east construction team. Within this role your responsibilities would include: Forecast monthly build budget and schedule including claims and settlements. Work with Client Manager to provide weekly update on job portfolio. Liaise with Construction Manager to identify and resolve site issues and identify/suggest opportunities for improvement. Review plans and documentation with trades prior to work commencement. Ensuring compliance with OH&S legislation. Manage and reduce Extra to Orders (ETOs). Ensure Purchase Orders (POs) are raised prior to commencement of works. Ensure invoices are processed for trade and supplier payment Liaising with clients, delivering exceptional service. Maintaining accurate, up to date, and timely records Who are we looking for? Safety first mindset Highly process focused and attention to detail and quality critical Experience in Site Supervising within residential construction new projects Strong knowledge of building Standards & Tolerances, BSA's, OHS regulations, and QA systems Trade qualification such as carpentry is an advantage, but not required. Strong customer / client service focus. Required: Valid Driver's Licence Construction Induction Card Current First Aid qualification including CPR Police Check What's in it for you?
