As a retail superstar, you will lead a diverse team of volunteers in our Benalla shop, contributing to your local community by growing sales and coaching budding retail heroes. This brings in much-needed funds for one of Victoria's leading not-for-profit organisations.
About Us
We are the St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria, or Vinnies Victoria, which has been providing practical and compassionate support to people across Victoria for over 165 years. Our services and programs include soup vans, education programs, home visitation programs, and VincentCare Victoria (VCV). VCV assists vulnerable communities, such as those experiencing homelessness, the housing crisis, family violence, and elderly individuals.
VCV also provides employment to people living with disability.
About You
You are an inspirational leader known for your communication skills and ability to coach and mentor your team. If you have experience in retail management, proven retail apparel sales experience, and a 'can-do' proactive attitude, this could be a great opportunity for you to make a significant impact.

Selection Criteria
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have retail management experience with a focus on people.
* Proven retail apparel sales experience with a drive to succeed and achieve results.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A 'can-do' proactive attitude and positive team spirit.
