We’re looking for a passionate Medicolegal Quality Assurance Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our medico-legal reports.
About the Role:
As a Medicolegal Quality Assurance Officer at Red Health, your main responsibility will be to review and proof medico-legal reports provided by our Medical Experts. Your goal is to ensure these reports are accurate, thorough, and meet our high service standards before they reach our clients.
This role isn’t just about proofreading; it’s about ensuring that the reports are complete, adhere to relevant guidelines and legislation, and reflect the highest quality of our Medical Experts. You’ll work closely with our Medical Experts to help them produce the most reliable and high-quality reports possible.
Building strong relationships is key to this role. You’ll interact with Medical Experts, clients, and colleagues to ensure smooth collaboration and top-notch results. While experience in the medical or legal fields is a plus, we’re really looking for someone with the right attitude and communication skills, and we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

5. Technical Skills – Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
6. Relevant Experience – Experience in the medical, legal, or workers' compensation sectors is a bonus.
7. Familiarity with Guidelines – Knowledge of Permanent Impairment Guidelines or Workers Compensation schemes is advantageous but not essential.
