Advance your career within our Masterplanned Communities team, with the potential to work across various projects, this is a fantastic chance to gain exposure to the entire development lifecycle.The Opportunity - About the RoleAssist the Development Manager to ensure the Project is scoped, designed, and delivered in accordance with the business strategy, agreed vision and to ensure schedule, revenue and cost objectives are met.Assist with financial plans, preparation and awarding of contracts, and securing of relevant approvals.Assist with the development and review of rigorous Stakeholder Engagement Plan(s) and be able to demonstrate plans are driving strong engagement with the key stakeholder groups to achieve required outcomes in a manner that enhances the image and reputation of Stockland.Respond professionally and in a timely manner to customer issues.Enable cross-functional collaboration that connects people to enable efficiencies.Ensure elements of relevant operational risk procedures and processes are implemented at the project level and assist with identifying risks and compliance issues so they can be actioned and closed out within the required timeframe.Support and embed the tools, processes and support offered by the Project Management function.Assist with end of project/process review to identify strengths and areas for improvement, then integrate past experiences with innovative possibilities to business outcomes.About YouDegree qualified in a related discipline and/or prior relevant experience in architecture, planning, construction or the development process including development or project management.Experience in delivery of medium density or land development subdivisions would be highly regarded.Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter is a must; this is an autonomous role.Developed stakeholder management and influencing skills.Resilience and excellent communication skills.Strong report writing skills.The Stockland PropositionWe recognise the importance of flexibility and work life-quality and over 80% of our employees have informal or formal flexible work arrangements.
