Our clinics in the Southern region of Melbourne are seeking enthusiastic and talented medical receptionists professionals to join the team.
These are permanent opportunities working full-time or part-time (4 days per week) to work with a fantastic team who continue to develop their operations to achieve outstanding success.
This role will be rotating among the regions' clinics – Frankston, Peninsula, Rosebud, Beleura and The Bays.
What will you be doing?The role involves being the first point of contact for all our patients (in person, call and email) and giving them the quality care associated with I-MED Radiology Network.
You will be assisting patients to make and amend bookings, general preparation and billing information relating to the procedure.This is a busy dynamic environment of regular change that will enable you to work and support patients and the wider healthcare team in the Peninsula region.
When and where will you do it?Our clinic receptions operate between the hours of 06:30am to 09:30pm, Monday-Friday with all staff expected to be flexible to work rotating rosters.You will be given Induction training upon commencement and with additional on the floor support, monitoring and ongoing coaching, feedback and development.
