The Goose is an iconic dining destination for locals and visitors alike. Situated right at the foot of the Busselton Jetty with uninterrupted views of Geographe Bay, The Goose is truly a unique hospitality venue. We are 2.5 hours drive from Perth city.
We are seeking a Sous Chef/Senior Sous to bring creative energy and calm leadership to our team. The Goose prides itself on hard work, with attractive rosters that prioritise a work/life balance. We aim to operate an enjoyable workplace of mutual respect & integrity at all times.
The successful applicant will help lead the kitchen team in developing the restaurant menu for our discerning clientele, building on existing systems and processes, all while creating a supportive, team-driven environment.
Salary: $78,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
