As Operations Manager, you will: Lead the boutique's daily operations with finesse, ensuring flawless management of staff attire, POS system compliance, and boutique ambience. Partner with sales teams to set and achieve ambitious targets, inspire them to align with our brand's vision and serve as the bridge between boutiques to communicate updates on brand evolution, new arrivals, and pricing. Oversee the seamless flow of luxury products, managing import, export, and logistics with precision while ensuring regulatory compliance. Maintain and manage stock levels for high-end items and essential boutique supplies and coordinate the delivery of boutique materials and exclusive gifts. Monitor and elevate customer satisfaction, working closely with HQ to uphold exceptional service standards. Play a pivotal role in recruiting, interviewing, and evaluating sales talent, and implement cutting-edge training programs to foster operational excellence. Collaborate with internal teams-retail, finance, marketing, CRM, HR-to ensure harmonious operations. Assist in developing and managing sales budgets, provide insightful monthly reports on sales, expenses, and stock levels, and actively participate in monthly operations meetings to offer updates and feedback on ongoing projects. What You Need to Shine: A degree in management or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a service-oriented industry. A strong grasp of administrative operations, coupled with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with familiarity with MS Office applications (Word and Excel), is essential. Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Mandarin being a secondary preference.
