Your new role Your new role as Facility Manager is to manage all aspects of facility management, service delivery, construction coordination, and contract management. The role involves developing maintenance strategies, managing budgets, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a large team to maintain high standards for the school's physical environment. What you'll need to succeed Agree to undergo a Criminal History/Police Check conducted by the School. Possession of a current Blue Card (Working with Children) or ability to obtain it. High level of organisational and communication skills Demonstrated leadership skills. Experience in budget management. Demonstrated capability co-ordinating and overseeing contractors.
