We’re about making a difference.About the roleAs our Senior Project Manager, you will lead a team of 3 responsible for the leadership and delivery of existing store refurbishments, and implementation works including the development and resourcing of rollouts.Reporting to the Construction and Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in contributing to the design and delivery of new concepts and trials for existing stores, creating project timelines, and implementing programmes, and project management of any ad hoc requests for our existing stores including minor building works and roll-out of initiatives.This is a full-time role, where travel will be required between our stores across the country depending on where the work is required. Outside of projects, you will be based in our Chadstone offices where we work in a hybrid working arrangement between working from home and the office. If you are looking for a role with variety, this is it.About youYou are a solution focused, curious leader, with deep expertise in retail fit outs and project management with good knowledge of building codes of Australia and standards. If you have experience with Bix Box this ideal but not essential. In addition, you will have:Proven leadership experience (3yrs +) managing a similar size team of direct reports.Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management or Construction Management related roles, with Procurement and Design exposure, Retail and multi-site experience is highly desirable.Relevant Project, Construction Management or Property qualification.Demonstrated experience managing capital budgets with effective cost and risk management.Strong organisational and planning ability.Our cultureIt’s all in a day’s work when you’re part of the Officeworks community – where you’re not defined by who you are, but what you can do.
