You will be working for a well-renowned organisation in the centre of Kiama.
Your new role
This is a temporary role until 16th December, with the possibility of extension for a couple of weeks after Christmas.
Your role will support the People and Culture team, with responsibilities including but not limited to:
1. Supporting recruitment, on-boarding and induction processes
2. Coordinating the exit/termination process
3. Providing advice to managers and employees on Human Resources, Industrial, Award and legislative matters
4. Providing input into HR metrics, reporting and strategic plans
5. Providing assistance with grievances, investigations and workplace conflict matters
6. Assisting to develop, implement, maintain and review HR policies and procedures
7. Assist with the implementation of the performance management system, including coordinating the probation and competency review processes
What you'll need to succeed
1. Relevant experience in a similar role, supporting an HR team with the matters above
2. Excellent communication and organisational skills
3. Ideally, you will have working knowledge of TechOne and/or TRIM.
4. You need to be immediately available to start.
