About the role :
Our Parts Interpreters provide accurate technical parts support to trade, industrial and mining customers, leveraging their expert automotive / mechanical knowledge. They assist customers with product information and advice, problem solve, provide solutions, and use sales techniques.
Duties include :
* Process customer orders
* Efficiently dispatch products and parts
* Promote specials
* Arrange buy ins
* Process customer credits
* First point of contact for customers (in-person and over the phone)
* Contribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
