You will provide individualised care tailored to the needs of each client and their families.
Two part-time roles offering a minimum of 10-15 hours a fortnight and will cover a variety of shifts, so you must be available and flexible within the hours of 08.00 - 16.00 ideally.
We require a minimum of 2 days availability; days and hours are negotiable based on our clients' requirements.
We are currently recruiting for 4 x positions for Ballina and surrounding areas: Your role will include: Meal assistance, including shopping, meal preparation and help with eatingTransport and accompaniment, including shopping trips and appointmentsSocial support & activities, including outings and social activities.Personal care, showering, and bathing, general self-care duties Domestic assistance, light household cleaning.Medication assistance #LI-DNICertificate III in Aged or Individual Support, or AIN qualifications Compassionate interpersonal skills and an empathy with older peopleCurrent driver's license and car with full comprehensive insuranceWillingness to travel on a regular basis using your own vehicle.
Time management skillsReliable and trustworthy – our clients are dependent on you.Ability to work with minimal to no supervisionProven Aged Care or NDIS services background Excellent customer service skills and enjoy working independently and remotely in customers' homes and in the local community.
