Make a significant impact in analysing, assessing, structuring, and making decisions on BOQ Business SME and Middle Market Commercial submissions.
You'll exercise Delegated Approval Authority or present submissions to ensure credit risk is managed and pricing aligns with terms and risk involved.
Play a crucial role throughout the loan's lifecycle, ensuring loan documentation reflects all approval conditions, conducting periodic reviews, and taking necessary remedial actions.
Cochain and mentor others, fostering a best-practice risk culture across the organisation.
This role drives the organisation's business objectives, targets, and overall strategy.
About you
We're looking for someone with relevant experience in credit risk, bringing a strong customer focus, knowledge of financial statements and corporate structures, and expertise in assessing creditworthiness.
You possess exceptional communication skills, writing compelling reports, addressing meetings confidently, and facilitating engaging group discussions.
Your empathetic nature and interpersonal skills make you a valued team member.
You excel at managing and prioritizing workflows independently and have a keen understanding of key business drivers and success factors.
