multitask efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Professional, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience with procurement KPI development, service.Dedication to upholding safety standards and strict adherence to compliance policies.Your Key Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management – Build strategic relationships with suppliers, negotiate advantageous terms, and develop a preferred vendor network that delivers value without compromising quality.Inventory and Demand Forecasting – Utilize data analytics to balance stock levels, ensuring high-cost items are managed efficiently and avoiding surplus or shortages.Supplier Product Standardisation – Collaborate with clinical teams to standardise products where possible, increasing purchasing power and reducing variability.Supplier Contract Negotiation – Secure cost-stable, long-term contracts for essential high-cost items, protecting against price fluctuations.Waste Reduction Initiatives – Implement effective processes to track and reduce waste, particularly through efficient stock management and expiration tracking.Spend Analysis – Drive data-led decisions through spend analysis, identifying opportunities for savings, optimising supplier selections, and managing procurement volumes for maximum cost-effectiveness.Value-Driven Supplier
