Business Analyst Lead - Telephony ProjectContract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) - 2 Years, until 2026Salary: Up to $170,000 (including superannuation)Location: 50% office attendanceAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst Lead with extensive expertise in telephony projects and business analysis to join an excellent project team.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Strategy & Delivery: Lead strategic business analysis for the telephony hardware replacement project, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.Mentorship & Support: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the project team, including two dedicated Business Analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and knowledge-sharing on telephony and business analysis best practices.NB: no direct reportsStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather insights, communicate project status, and manage expectations across the organization.Agile Methodology: Help introduce new, agile ways of working, bringing in modern approaches that will enhance project delivery and responsiveness.User-Centric Focus: Develop a business case and deliver solutions that meet the needs of a large, diverse user base across multiple offices.Qualifications and ExperienceExtensive Business Analysis Expertise: Strong background in business analysis, ideally with specific experience in telephony or technology hardware replacement projects.Senior Stakeholder Management: Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and communicating effectively at all levels of the organization.Mentorship and Coaching: Ability to coach and mentor team members, enhancing their understanding of both the subject matter and business analysis methodologies.Agile Project Experience: Familiarity with Agile frameworks and their application in large-scale transformation projects is beneficial.Telephony Knowledge: While financial services experience is not required, knowledge of telephony systems is highly desirable.Candidates must be based in Sydney with full work rights.#J-18808-Ljbffr
