The Role The HR Systems & Reporting Analyst plays a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing HR systems, data, and analytics to bolster strategic decision-making and operational efficiency within the organization.
This role is instrumental in supporting core HR and Payroll processes and ensuring compliance.
The key responsibilities of this role are: System Administration and support for Orora's global and ANZ HR Systems; Develop and maintain Orora's People Analytics and; Coordinate and support HR Systems Projects.
This is a 15 Months – Fixed Term full time maternity cover role and will be based at the Orora Corporate office in Hawthorn, Melbourne .
Key Responsibilities System Administration and support for Orora's global and ANZ HR Systems: System Governance – Oversee integrity of foundational elements such as Organisation, Job Architecture, Position Management, Pay Rate Components etc.
System & Data Updates – Partner with process owners to update the system or data, as needed including critical data elements which impact pay & leave entitlement compliance Security Maintenance – Provision custom user access, analysing new requests and conducting regular audits, recommending strategic improvements to security as needed, engaging technical support to implement Data Integrity – Build & monitor audit reports, perform analysis to define the problem, work to identify root causes then remediate data issues as required Optimisation – Define requirements with relevant SMEs, review with HR Systems & Services Manager, support execution with People Systems Solution Architect, document test scripts, support testing with SMEs Remediation – Attempt to resolve issues for remediation, support HRIS Team with use case development, testing etc.
Releases – Contribute to release decision making and support testers/users post launch User support – Act as second level of user support for technical issues and requests.
Manage all BAU support tickets and defects via the triaging process, investigate and troubleshoot, escalating to technical partners as needed and managing through to resolution.
Develop and maintain People Analytics: Strategic Reporting & Data Analytics :Provide strategic reporting services to stakeholders to define and deliver people analytics.
In conjunction with stakeholders, define, implement and manage People Analytics Dashboards and core reporting suites, leveraging SuccessFactors or PowerBI for delivery.
HR Systems Projects Lead or contribute to HR Systems projects, as required, following with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Plan > Define > Design > Build > Test > Deploy About You Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR Systems and Reporting role Experience in SAP SuccessFactors System Administration for Employee Central Core,Time & Leave & Security SAP SuccessFactors System Administration and Advanced User for Canvas & Table Reporting Data analytics – Identify relevant data sets required to tell a "story", build reports, analyse data to identify problems, root cause issues, define remediation required & execute MS Excel advanced – VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables, Formulas, IF Statements etc.
