We are looking for an experienced leader, or for someone who is ready to take on leadership as the next step in their career. Due to the diversity of our projects, candidates with experience navigating DA’s, SSD’s, or in undertaking strategic planning at precinct or development scales would be most highly regarded. The position is full-time and will be based in our Neutral Bay office.
Aligned with the client's key attributes, the key role requirements include
1. Leading a team of professionals, including mentoring, coaching and providing technical guidance
2. Delivering private sector approvals with diversity of scale across a range of markets
3. Engaging with clients to support master planning, precinct planning or regional planning outcomes
4. Utilising a strong appreciation of the role infrastructure in land use planning
5. Collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams
6. Preparing reports to exceptional technical and editorial standards
7. Managing commercial risks and opportunities
8. Improving or building key client relationships
Your ideal qualifications and skills would include
9. Experience in NSW undertaking statutory and strategic planning
10. Minimum bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field
11. An ability to lead and motivate high performing teams
12. Strong communicator and natural collaborator
13. A desire to deliver exceptional client experiences
14. Current drivers licence.
