Position- SAP HCM Consultant Location- Perth Exp- 10+yrs Job Type- Permanent Skill Set- SAP HCM, SAP S/4 HANA, payroll JD- Experience in leading, configuring, migrationg and implementing large, enterprise Payroll projects ideally with AUS or NZL deployment and experiences Minimum 3 ECC to S/4 HANA Migration & Upgrads Minimum 2 full life cycle Payroll implementations Design and execute migration strategy and plan, ensuring technical migration from ECC system to S/4 HANA while maintaining data accuracy and integrity. Ability to differentiate and articulate differences between SAP ECC and S/4 HANA and experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development Identifie and resolves migration problems often anticipating issues before they occur or before they grow Manage defects appropriately by assigning, monitoring, and providing timely communication through the defect lifecycle.
